The Calling

Aris watched the crystal waters lap against the grassy shores of Terrozia, listening to the voices in the wind and sea. The breeze caressed her face and teased her hair as she closed her eyes, leaning back just far enough to rest on her elbows, and watch the clouds roll by her. "It's so peaceful here. It's like the war will never touch it. Never lay it's destructive hands upon this land." she thought to herself, breathing in the fresh air, a hint of rain mixing into its scent.
It had been an entire month since her and her sister, Isis had been brought to this place by some unknown force. Isis didn't show any signs of knowing what happened, but that could only be because she hasn't shown any signs of waking up. Aris feared for her sister's existence. But Isis has only been sleeping. The best healers in the kingdom could not help her, saying that she had locked herself in her mind. But Aris remembered. Aris remembered the strange light that created a dark aura around her sister, and just before her sister had fell unconscious, the light surrounded them both and faded just as fast as it had came. Aris had looked around then and saw green grasses and dark skies sparkling with small orbs in the sky. The moon wasn't shining, but you could see specks of light from the Moon Kingdom that told her that her queen was safe. But she could not be to sure of the Queen of Crystal Tokyo. Aris and her sister had been fighting when they appeared in this place. Crystal Tokyo being threatened by the Negaverse, and Queen Brandy had sent her two most faithful, and most loyal guardians, entrusting them with the protection of her little sister.
Aris opened her eyes and made to stand up. It had been a month. Just one month since her sister had fallen into her sleep, and she waited by her bedside regularly. But today, she needed to step out, to reflect, and to wish upon a star that isis would wake up, and be all right once more.
