Personality: She is very much childlike and uses it to her advantage. When she has a friend, in her mind, they become her family and she will call them by such. She wants to protect everyone and help the planet Earth with their environment and animals.
Magical Item: Golden circle-shaped pendant with a bright pink heart stone in the exact center.
Powers/Weapons: Her most used attack is called 'New Moon Blast'. It sends a beam of shining crescent moons, from her wand, at her attacker. It is very powerful and blinding. 'Brilliant Moon Beam' is her next attack, using her wand to send a burning circle beam of light at her attacker, if touched with this attack it will leave burns and suck energy.
Likes: Cookies, fairies, playing at the park, animals, being around nature and friends.
Dislikes: Mean people, spiders, needles, being alone for a long period of time.
Biography: Haru is the daughter of Queen Brandy and King Eclipse. (Her memories have been fogged since she has traveled from the future, to the here and now, in other words, the past). She never knew her father and whenever she would ask her mother, it would always seem to make her sad. So Haru would ask the royal guards and maids about him. She learned her mother and father would fight off evil on Earth together. Yet when she asked what happened to her father the maids and guards could not answer, because they did not know. She guessed her father was off fighting evil. But as the years passed she came to know the truth. Her father was dead. Whenever she went out of the kingdom she would have to hide who she really was. Her mother was always busy ruling on Earth or at other kingdoms so the maids and guards became her closet friends and like family to her. One summer's day when she was about five she was sneaking into the Ball Room and saw the Sailor Scouts for the first time. From that moment on she wanted to be a Scout though she did not tell anyone about where she was that day. A few years had passed, she was now about seven, and the Scouts were back.
This time she did not sneak in. She was able to meet the Scouts and at the end of the day as they were about to leave she asked to go with them. They said no at first and said she was not old enough. So she ran to her mother and begged to go with the Scouts to train and become one herself. Her mother also said no but she kept begging until her mother finally gave in. She went down to Earth to train with the Scouts. Her full protection and parental figure for her stay there is Ryoma, otherwise known as Tuxedo Eclipse. Eventually she became close to Brandy, otherwise known as Sailor Silver Moon though at first they hated each other due to Ryoma, they eventually became more like siblings. She stayed on Earth for a year before returning to start her training as the New Moon Kingdom's Princess.
