Personality: She is very reserved and doesn't really like talking to new people. She can be very cold towards most and only a few can see her softer side. Though she can be very flirty with the people she knows well. She keeps herself mysterious to others, even those close to her.

Magical Item: Transforms with a wand, uses the daughter sword to Uranus' Space Sword.

Powers/Weapons:

Destructive Lightning Strike - Multiple bolts of lightning shoot down from the sky on her enemies

Heavenly Wind Embrace - A protective tornado surrounds her and whoever she wishes and will reflect attacks shot at her back at the attacker

Sky Sword Blast - Energy builds up around the blade of her Sky Sword and when she swings it or makes contact the energy is released in a blast. The more time the attack builds the bigger the blast.

If someone grabs her or hits her while doing hand-to-hand combat with her her body will give off a powerful shock only when she is caught off-guard, which isn't that often.

Likes: The mountains, flying, driving fast to feel the wind, storms, playing the guitar, painting

Dislikes: Swimming, cocky guys, new people, big crowds

Biography: Ciel grew up in a wealthy family and had a pretty good life. She was home-schooled so she didn't have many friends so she was lonely and very reserved towards others. She got anything she asked for but wasn't spoiled. What she really wanted was friends and love. At 18 she moved out on her own and was living easily thanks to her parents but one day she went back home to see her home destroyed and her parents killed, which she wouldn't figure out until later was causes by the Negaverse . She was so angry that she wasn't there to protect them that her inner scout awoke. But since it awoke from anger her soul was tainted with evil, which lead her to Black Knightmare. She was angry that the other scouts did not try to protect the ones she loved so she vowed to make them suffer like she did. Hate grew in her heart and she became more reserved and cold. Then she met Kamiko, who would become the person to change her to good and help her open up and forgive, and much more.
