Name: Ryoma
Alternate Name: Tuxedo Eclipse
Gender: Male
Age: 19 yrs
Orientation: Straight
Relationship Status: Single
Occupation: Restaurant Waiter
Affiliation: Good
Appearance: Personality: Ryoma (who usually goes by Eclipse) is a kind-hearted man. He cares for those around him, and will fight with all he has to protect them. Due to the Sailor Scouts taking him in when he had nowhere to go, he has developed a soft spot for them. As Tuxedo Eclipse, and as Ryoma, he portrays an aura of leadership and those around him follow him willingly. He is a hard worker and is extremely diligent in all he does.
When it comes to fighting, Eclipse is fierce, and he can let his temper get the best of him. He does respect his enemy, but he is not afraid to do whatever it may take to take his enemies down. He is a strategist, and is very good at planning battles.
When not defending the world, Eclipse likes to have fun, usually hanging out with his fellow Scouts.
Magical Item: Eclipse has a special pendant which allows him to transform when he calls upon its power. This pendant is made of a black material (perhaps a material from his lost planet) with a red stone embedded in its center.
Once transformed, Eclipse can summon forth his second magical item: A staff. This staff is made of the same black material as his pendant and is used as his weapon of choice. At the top end of the staff rests a crystal in the shape of a large rose. The color of this crystal changes with his emotions, each color representing a specific dominating emotion. With each color comes a different power, as will be described below.
Powers: Rose Crush – This power is signature to all Tuxedos and it allows the user to summon a rose and use it as a projectile. The said projectile provides a crushing force and can pierce anything, even being able to embed itself into stone.
Eclipse Blast – This is a move which is exclusive to Eclipse’s planet. This move requires energy to be gathered, forming in the hands of the user. It requires complete focus to generate the energy, and if the focus is disrupted, then the user must start over. When the user has accumulated enough energy, the user may fire the blast. The strength of the blast is determined by the amount of energy.
It is this attack that has caused Eclipse to be framed for the destruction of his planet.
Staff Powers:Yellow (Hope)– Shield of Hope – This creates a barrier to protect from magical and physical attacks.
Red (Anger)– Flare of Anger – This shoots forth a stream of fire from the staff.
Black (Hatred)– Power of Hate – This accumulates an orb of dark energy and fires it from the staff
Blue (Calm)– Calming Wave – This is a graceful power that can do one of two things: It can take the form of a tidal wave that the user can control. Or it can send a wave of calming energy to affect all it touches.
White (Ultimate)– Ultimate Power Attack – This attack is the most powerful of all the staff powers. This creates a magical beam of energy which can be used as a blade to counter and break through attacks, as well as to slice through evil and its followers.

Biography: Ryoma was born on a distant planet called Torma to a simple worker and his wife. His family raised him and cared for him, bringing him up in the ways of the simple life. Had he continued to live there and grow up there, he would have carried on his father’s legacy at the family restaurant. However, this was not meant to be.
On Ryoma’s third birthday, he was given a black pendant with a red stone in its center. His parents told him of the power he contained, and that in time, he would learn to control that power, with the help of his new pendant. On the very same day, Ryoma was taken by an evil man named Horthra. Horthra hated the Tormanians and wanted to exact his vengeance upon the planet by harnessing their power. He kidnapped Ryoma (who happened to be the first child he came across), taking him off the planet and absorbed his power, leaving Ryoma unconscious. Horthra then focused all his energy into an orb of energy, copying the signature attack known only to chosen males of the planet. He released the energy towards the planet and watched as the energy consumed and destroyed the planet, leaving nothing but a trail of asteroids and dust. Horthra disappeared and shot Ryoma through space, leaving the child to fend for himself.
Ryoma landed on a small, blue and green planet named Earth, still unconscious. Authorities found him and took him to an orphanage, where he awoke with no memory of the event, nor of his name. All he had was his pendant, which had the name “Eclipse” etched on the back of it. He donned the name Eclipse and grew up in the orphanage until the age of 14. At that point, he was kicked out to fend for himself. It was at this point in his life when the bounty hunters began coming for him.
It was through these bounty hunters that he learned of his past, of where he came from, and what had happened. At the confrontation of the first hunter, his pendant began to glow, and he transformed so that he was wearing a tuxedo and mask, with a rose in his hand. A staff appeared to him as well, providing him with a tool for fighting. At the tip of the staff was a large rose-shaped crystal. It was not until his third battle with a hunter that he finally discovered the exact reason why he was being hunted.
Apparently, Eclipse was being blamed by other planets for the destruction of his world. It had been an attack that supposedly only he and other men of the planet could use, and he had disappeared on the very day of the planet’s destruction. The argument was valid, and he had no memory of the event, but he would not allow himself to be taken by these bounty hunters. He continued to fight off these hunters alone. That is, until the Sailor Scouts found him.
One of his hunter fights had been interrupted by a minion fighting for someone named Queen Beryl. Eclipse had never heard the name, but was agitated that his fight had been interrupted. Just as he was about to take on the monster, five girls in sailor-style uniforms appeared, claiming to be fighting in the name of justice. One, who appeared to be the leader, referred to herself as Sailor Moon. The five teamed together with Eclipse and together they took down the monster. Having seen potential in him after the fight, the Scouts invited him to join their team and fight for Queen Serenity (who was, Eclipse later found out, the one calling herself Sailor Moon). Eclipse agreed and has spent his days fighting Beryl’s monsters as well as bounty hunters.
Recently, Eclipse has been promoted to a higher rank, being given command of his own team of new Scouts. His new team consists of two girls who call themselves: Sailor Midnight and Sailor Sunset. Together they fight in the name of justice and for the protection of all around them. Eclipse also works to clear his name, his Sailor Scouts trying to help him whenever they can.
Additional Information: Eclipse is a bit of a bookworm as he loves to read. His favorite subjects are biographies and fantasy adventure.
Although Eclipse now remembers his birth name, he continues to go by the name Eclipse. Even his own Scouts don’t know his real name.
